Profile

Legal practice and academic activity

I combine legal practice with teaching and research activity. This influences the way documents are reviewed, arguments are structured and legal drafting is prepared.

Professional profile

I am a lawyer with professional activity mainly in the Municipality of Iași, focused on matters in which documents, deadlines and procedural strategy must be understood clearly before any decision is made.

For me, legal analysis does not begin with standard formulas. Before reaching a conclusion, the documents need to be read in context, the timeline needs to be understood and the practical objective of the client must be clarified.

Legal and academic profile

The practice of law is complemented by teaching and academic research, which require discipline, structure and careful argumentation.

In teaching and research, the focus is on concepts, structure and reasoning. The same approach is useful in legal practice, where an argument must be clear, coherent and supported by documents.

Legal activity

My legal activity is focused on matters in which documents have practical consequences: contracts, notices, court documents, enforcement documents, administrative acts, employment decisions or family-law documents.

I avoid unnecessarily heavy drafting and standard solutions. A legal document should be clear, useful and connected to the situation it is meant to address.

What a rigorous approach means

For me, a rigorous approach means checking the documents in order, identifying the relevant dates and separating what is certain from what still needs to be clarified.

Rigor is also visible in drafting. Claims, defences, notices and contracts should be written in a way that can be read, verified and used in practice.

Procedural strategy

Procedural strategy does not mean choosing the most aggressive option. It means understanding the position, the documents, the deadlines and the realistic limits of the case.

In each matter, I aim to establish what can be done, what should be avoided and what documents are needed before a procedural step is assessed.

Drafting, analysis and argumentation

Legal drafting plays a central role in my work. A claim, a defence, a notice or a contract must not only sound legal; it must be organised, precise and connected to the documents.

For that reason, I aim for drafting that is clear, coherent and verifiable, without unnecessary complication.

Professional limits

No presentation on this website represents a guarantee of outcome. Legal assistance depends on the documents, the applicable law, the procedural stage and the context of each matter.
